Example of a reportThe reports window will show the results of the report in the specified format.
"Save as..." - This button is used in order to save the report as a file. When the "Save as..." button is selected, the "Save as..." window will appear. Use the "Save as type:" drop-down menu in order to select the desired format of the file. Select "HTML" in order to create a file that will appear identical to the original report on the screen.
"Print..." - This button is used in order to print the report. When the "Print" button is selected the "Print" window will appear. Alternatively, press the "Ctrl" key and the "P" key simultaneously in order to initiate the "Print" window.
"EMail" - If the office uses a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), the report can be sent as an attachment in an e-mail. Refer to Systems Operation, "Configuration" for more information on configuring the settings for e-mail.
"Find..." - Use this button in order to search for text within the report. Alternatively, press the "Ctrl" key and the "F" key simultaneously in order to perform the search.
