This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10022" as the Part number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI10022" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The hydrax supply and return oil lines support bracket and clips need to be changed to eliminate clip failures on certain G3612 and G3616 Engines. The support bracket has also been changed to improve tube to support clip alignment, thus eliminating tube failures and release of high-pressure hydraulic fluid.

The effective product serial number range for the Hydrax system are 1YG124 and 4CG83. It will be necessary to determine if engines prior to these serial numbers have been field converted to the Hydrax system. If so, update those engines per this service letter. If not, submit a SIMS report stating that the engine does not have the Hydrax system installed.

Rework Procedure
1. Remove (2) 4H2633 Clip - Loop and (2) 1487629 Bracket.2. Remove the existing 1487614 and 1487615 Tube Assemblies.3. Loosely install new 1487614 and 1487615 Tube Assemblies.4. Loosely install (2) 8T1885 Clip, (2) 8T1886 Clip, and (2) 1763592 Bracket at location (X).5. Using the previous mounting hardware, properly align the tubes, clips, and brackets prior to tightening. Ensure that the tubes and clips do not bind during and after tightening. Contact the service engineer by calling (765) 448-5131, for marked up engineering prints that show location of old and new hardware.There are engines in operation that has been converted to the hydrax system that should participate in the program.All known converted engines have been included in this program.The dealer should determine if there are other converted engines that may not be listed in this program and notify the factory.This program should be applied to these engines.Listed in this program and notify the factory.This program should be applied to these engines.
