Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove handrail (1) and plate assemblies (2).

Remove cover assembly (3) and step (4).

Use two people in order to remove cover assembly (5). The weight of cover assembly (5) is approximately 28 kg (62 lb).

Disconnect harness assemblies (6) and (11). Remove temperature sensor (10).
Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and pipe assembly (9) from the hydraulic tank. Remove fittings (8) from the hydraulic tank.

Remove bolts (12) and reposition filter assembly (13).

Remove bolts (14) and the brackets.
Disconnect harness assembly (15) from the hydraulic tank.
Remove cable straps (16) from tank and reposition harness assembly.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (19). The weight of hydraulic tank (19) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb).
Disconnect hose assembly (21) and tube assembly (22).
Remove bolts (20) and hydraulic tank (19). Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic tank (19) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (20). Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 270 40 N m (200 30 lb ft).
