Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install the two O-ring seals on manifold (18).
Install manifold (18), four half flanges (17) and eight bolts (16).
Install the O-ring seal to check valve (15). Install check valve (15).
Install the O-ring seal to elbow (14). Install elbow (14).
Install the two O-ring seals to ride control relief valve (13). Install ride control relief valve (13). Tighten ride control relief valve (13) to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).

Use two people to install ride control diverter valve (5). The weight of ride control diverter valve (5) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).
Install ride control diverter valve (5). Install bolts (10) and (12).
Install hose assembly (11).

Connect hose assemblies (9), (8), (7) and (6) to ride control diverter valve (5).

Connect electrical connector (4).
Connect hose assemblies (3) and (2) to ride control diverter valve (5).

Install cover (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check". End By:
Remove the bucket control safety pins. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Control Safety Pins - Remove and Install".
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
