2. Disconnect inlet line (4), signal control lines (3), case drain lines (2) and outlet line (1).3. Install a 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolt in rear of pump and a 3/8"-16 NC forged eyebolt in front of pump. Fasten a hoist to pump. Remove the two bolts that hold pump to pump drive. Remove pump. Weight of pump is 400 lb. (181 kg).Install Pumps (Piston)
1. Fasten a hoist and put pump (2) in position on pump drive. Install bolts (1).2. Connect inlet line, signal control lines and case drain lines.3. Fill outlet port of pump with oil. Connect outlet line to pump.4. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level.
