Install O-ring seal (24) and backup rings (22) onto sequence valves (20).
Install O-ring seal (25) and backup rings (23) onto sequence valves (20).
Install O-ring seal (21) onto sequence valves (20).

Install sequence valves (20) into valve body (1). Tighten sequence valves to a torque of 72 4 N m (52 3 lb ft).

Install backup rings (18), O-ring seal (19), and O-ring seal (17) onto each relief valve (15).
Illustration 4 g03873941Note: Each relief valve (15) is set to a different pressure.
Install relief valves (15) in valve body (1). Tighten relief valves (15) to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (270 30 lb in).
Install O-ring seal (16) on valve body (1).

Install O-ring seal (10) on valve cartridge (9).
Install O-ring seal (13) and backup rings (11) on valve cartridge (9).
Install O-ring seal (14) and backup rings (12) on valve cartridge (9).

Install valve cartridge (9) on valve body (1). Tighten valve cartridge (9) to a torque of 38 3 N m (28 1 lb ft).

Install coil (8) and nut (7) on the valve body.

Install O-ring seal (3) on control valve (2).
Install backup ring (4), O-ring seal (5), and backup ring (6) on control valve (2).

Install control valve (2) in valve body (1). Tighten control valve (2) to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (270 30 lb in). End By:
Install the vibratory valve.
