Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach Tooling (A) and suitable lifting devices to air conditioner and heater assembly (12). The weight of air conditioner and heater assembly (12) is approximately 87 kg (190 lb).
Position air conditioner and heater assembly (12) and connect hose assemblies (13) .

Install bolts (11). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Install bolts (10). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Install bolt (8) .

Connect hoses (7) .

Connect harness assemblies (5) .

Attach Tooling (A) and suitable lifting devices to cover (3). The weight of cover (3) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
Position cover (3) and install bolts (4) .

Position cover (1) and install bolts (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Charge the air conditioner system with air conditioner refrigerant. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools.
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
