Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
Ensure that all safety information, warnings, and instructions are read and understood before any operation or any maintenance procedures are performed. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual "Safety Section".
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Machine Preparation:
1. Park the machine on a hard level surface and ground the bucket/tool. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
2. Stop the engine and lock the hydraulic lockout control. Ensure that all residual pressure is removed. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release", for additional information.
330F Before Failure:
Replace the existing swing drive 4187234/">418-7234 Carrier Assembly with new 4187234/">418-7234 Carrier Assembly. The swing drive 4187234/">418-7234 Carrier Assembly can be replaced without removing the swing drive assembly from the machine. Refer to UENR3313, Disassembly and Assembly, for additional information.
330F After Failure:
Replace the 418-7154 Swing Drive Group with a new 418-7154 Swing Drive Group. Refer to UENR3313, Disassembly and Assembly, for additional information.

Refer to UENR0194, Disassembly and Assembly, for additional information.

Replace the 418-7155 or 470-0474 Swing Drive Group with new 418-7155 or 470-0474 Swing Drive Group. Refer to UENR0194, Disassembly and Assembly, for additional information.
