Removal Procedure
Personal injury can result from contact with refrigerant.This system is under pressure at all times, engine running or not. Heat should never be applied to a charged system. Contact with refrigerant can cause frost bite. Keep face and hands away to help prevent injury.Protective goggles must always be worn when refrigerant lines are opened, even if the gauges indicate the system is empty of refrigerant.Always use caution when a fitting is removed. Slowly loosen the fitting. If the system is still under pressure, release it slowly in a well ventilated area.Personal injury or death can result from inhaling refrigerant through a lit cigarette.Inhaling air conditioner refrigerant gas through a lit cigarette or other smoking method or inhaling fumes released from a flame contacting air conditioner refrigerant gas, can cause bodily harm or death.Do not smoke when servicing air conditioners or wherever refrigerant gas may be present.Before any checks of the air conditioning and heating system are made, move the machine to a smooth horizontal surface. Lower all implements to the ground. Make sure the transmission is in neutral or park and that the parking brake is engaged. Keep all other personnel either away from the machine or where they can be seen.
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Evacuate the refrigerant. Refer to Special Instructions, SENR5664, "Refrigerant System - Evacuate".

Remove eight bolts (1) that secure grill assembly (2). Remove grill assembly (2) .

Remove hose assembly (3). Repeat for the hose assembly on the other side.
Remove eight bolts (4) that secure condenser (5) to bracket (6). Remove condenser (5) .

Remove bolt (7) that secures horn (8) to bracket (6). Repeat for the horn on the other side.

Remove two bolts (9) that secure bracket (6). Remove bracket (6). Repeat for the bracket on the other side.Installation Procedure

Reposition bracket (6). Install two bolts (9) in order to secure bracket (6). Repeat for the bracket on the other side.

Install bolt (7) that secures horn (8) to bracket (6). Repeat for the horn on the other side.

Reposition condenser (5). Install eight bolts (4) in order to secure condenser (5) to bracket (6) .
Install hose assembly (3). Repeat for the hose assembly on the other side.

Reposition grill assembly (2). Install eight bolts (1) in order to secure grill assembly (2) .
Charge the system. Refer to the Special Instructions, SENR5664, "Refrigerant System - Charge" for the proper procedure.
