Remove drive line brake. 2. Remove bolts (1) brake disc (2). 3. Fasten a hoist and remove the brake disc. Weight of the disc is 34 kg (74 lb). 4. Remove bolt (3) from output shaft (4), then remove flange assembly (5). 5. Remove bolts (6) and brake assembly (7). 6. Remove springs (8) from brake shoes with tool (A). Remove brake shoes (9).Install Parking Brake
1. Connect brake shows (1) with springs (2) with tool (A). 2. Install brake assembly (3) with the bolts (4) that hold it. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 250.8 20.3 N m (185 15 lb ft). Install flange assembly (5). Install bolt (7) in output shaft. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 108.5 6.8 N m (80 5 lb ft). 3. Install brake disc (6) with a hoist. Install bolts (8). Remove hoist.4.
