PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Install the right rear 372-4850 Step Assembly.
a. Assemble the 372-4850 Step Assembly, two 246-6727 Bracket Assemblies, two 234-5107 Belts (Rubber Step Supports), four 8T-4186 Bolts, four 8T-4196 bolts, eight 7W-8106 Spacers, and eight 8T-4226 Washers. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 55 +/- 10 N.m.
b. Install the step assembly to the right of the rear frame with four 259-2627 Bolts and four 279-6632 Washers. Tighten to a specified torque of 100 +/- 20 N.m.

2. Install the 383-1724 Fender Extension on the Left Side and Right Side.
a. Attach the 124-2456 Film to the 383-1724 Fender Extension for both the left side and right side.
b. Assemble the 383-1724 Fender Extension to the platform by the bolts and washers which were attached at the platform. Tighten the bolts to a specified torque of 55 +/- 10 N.m.

3. Assemble the 248-0824 Tool Box Assembly.
a. Install the 3E-6602 Seal (126cm) onto the 248-0824 Tool Box Assembly.
b. Install one 326-0610 Latch Assembly onto the door of tool box assembly. Tighten to a specified torque of 7.2 +/- 2 N.m.
c. Install one 305-3159 Pawl on to the 326-0610 Latch Assembly. Tighten to a specified torque of 47 +/- 4 N.m and lock the nut. Ensure that the clearance between latch assembly and the tool box assembly is 71.5mm.
d. Install one 4E-1384 Conical Bumper to the tool box assembly with one nut. Tighten to a specified torque of 28 +/- 7 N.m. Install one 110-8457 Boot on it.
e. Install one 245-3842 Sheet (Tool Door) to the tool box assembly with two 344-1201 Bolts and two 344-1199 Washers. Tighten to a specified torque of 55 +/- 10 N.m.

4. Install the 248-0824 Tool Box Assembly.
a. Remove the 380-5783 Support Bracket and 234-5110 Plates. Retain the bolts, nuts, and washer for later reuse during the step assembly re-installation.
b. Connect the tool box assembly to the battery box with four 368-5078 Bolts and four 368-5091 Washers. Tighten to a specified torque of 100 +/- 20 N.m.
c. Install two 248-0827 Angle Support Brackets to the rear frame with four 368-5078 Bolts and four 368-5091 Washers. Tighten to a specified torque of 100 +/- 20 N.m.
d. Tighten the tool box assembly on to the bracket with four 368-5078 Bolts and four 368-5091 Washers. Tighten to a specified torque of 100 +/- 20 N.m.
e. Install one 384-5288 Plate and one 384-5249 Plate to the step assembly with 8T-4133 Nuts, 344-1199 Washers, and 368-5080 Bolts. Tighten to a specified torque of 55 +/- 10 N.m.
Replace the original 234-5110 Plate with one 384-5288 Plate and one 384-5249 Plate.
