Apply Tooling (A) to plug (28) prior to installation. Install plug (28) into the body. Tighten plug (28) to a torque of 6.9 1.0 N m (61 8.8 lb in).
Repeat Steps 6 and 9 for the opposite side of the body.

Install seats (27), stoppers (26), and springs (25) into the body.

Install new O-ring seal (24) and seat (23) into plug (19).

Apply Tooling (A) to screw (22) prior to installation. Install nut (21) and screw (22). Tighten nut (21) to a torque of 17 2.5 N m (13 1.84 lb ft).

Install new O-ring seal (20) onto the plugs.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Apply Tooling (A) to plugs (19) prior to installation. Install plugs (19) and the O-ring seals. Tighten plugs (19) to a torque of 128 10 N m (94 7 lb ft).

Install backup ring (18) and new O-ring seal (17).
Install new O-ring seal (16) and backup ring (15).
Install new O-ring seal (14) and backup ring (13).

Install O-ring seals (12) onto plugs (10).

Apply Tooling (A) to plugs (11) prior to installation. Install plugs (11) and the O-ring seals. Tighten plugs (11) to a torque of 74 5 N m (54 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (A) to shuttle valves (10) prior to installation. Install shuttle valves (10). Tighten shuttle valves (10) to a torque of 48 3 N m (35 2 lb ft).

Install new O-ring seals (9), (8), (7), and (6) onto the pressure reducing valve.

Install pressure reducing valves (4) and bolts (5) into the body. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 6.9 .7 N m (61 6.1 lb in).

Install new O-ring seals (3) onto the pressure sensors.

Install the control manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Manifold (Pilot Oil) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
