Main pump regulator
(1) Load sensing Line (typical example)
Disconnect LS Line (1) from the main pump regulator and plug LS Line (1) with plug assembly (F).
Start the engine.
Set the engine speed dial at "10".
Lower the left console.

Power mode control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the power mode control button in order to activate power mode. Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when power mode is activated.

Automatic Engine Speed Control (AESC) as displayed on the programmable function key in the monitor.
Disable the automatic engine speed control through the monitor by pressing the programmable button.

Joystick (front switch)
Disable the hydraulic modulation control, if equipped. Press the front switch on the right joystick in order to deactivate hydraulic modulation.
The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test. Test Procedure
Start the Electronic Technician.
Select the Engine ECM in Electronic Technician.
Select “OK”.
Select “Diagnostics” from the main menu.
Select “Diagnostic Tests”.
Select “Override Parameters”.

(2) “Travel Pilot Solenoid Current Override”
Select “Travel Pilot Solenoid Current Override” (2) and set the current to 0.8 amp.

Transmission control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the transmission control button in order to select FIRST GEAR. Note: The first indicator light will illuminate when the transmission is in FIRST GEAR.

Creeper speed control button located on the soft panel switch
Push down on the creeper speed control button in order to activate the creeper speed control. Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when the creeper speed control is activated.
Fully depress the travel pedal.
Check the transmission output speed and engine speed in Electronic Technician.

Target Shaft Speed = Engine Speed × Calculated Factor(1)
(1) Refer to Table 3 for the correct calculated factor.
Calculate the target shaft speed. Note: Refer to the formula in Table 2 in order to calculate the target shaft speed.
Compare the transmission output speed with the calculated target shaft speed.
If the transmission output speed and the calculated target shaft speed are different, refer to the "Adjustment Procedure" procedure to adjust the minimum displacement. Adjustment Procedure

(3) Adjustment screw
Remove the cap from adjustment screw (3).
Turn adjustment screw (9) clockwise in order to increase the minimum displacement and turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise in order to decrease the minimum displacement. Note: Always make the final adjustments as the flow increases.
Install the cap onto adjustment screw (3). Worksheet
