Install suitable blocks under the power train guard.

Use Tooling (C) in order to support the draft frame. Install chains in order to secure the draft frame to the bowl.

Install Tooling (F) and a suitable lifting device to the draft frame.
Push the scraper to the tractor.
Align the bores for the hitch pins.Note: It may be necessary to use Tooling (B) to adjust the angle of the tractor.

Install thrust washer (20) (not shown). Install lower pin assembly (21) (not shown). The weight of lower pin assembly (21) (not shown) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).
Install upper pin assembly (18) (not shown). The weight of upper pin assembly (18) (not shown) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).Note: It may be necessary to use Tooling (B) to adjust the angle of the tractor.

Remove pin assembly (16) from rear steering link (17) and the steering cylinder. Position the front steering link to the rear steering link (17) and the steering cylinder. Install pin assembly (16) .
Repeat Step 12 for the opposite side.

Position harness assembly (15) and connect harness assembly (13). Install bolts (14) .

Connect hose assemblies (11) and hose assemblies (12) .

Connect hose assemblies (8). Connect hose assemblies (9). Install bolts (10) .

Close valves (4) .

Connect the brakes for the scraper. Install pin (1) in the brake actuator. Rotate bolt (3) in order to move the slack adjuster upward. Tighten bolt (2) .
Adjust the service brakes. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Service Brake-Adjust".
Repeat Steps 19 and 20 for the opposite side of the scraper.
