In the MCU Online Help, on the Collect Data About the Terrain (Surface) page, the CSV File Described is incorrect.The line "The .csv file contains the following information." should read, "The .csv file name contains the following information." Installing SCU v6.2
When installing SCU v6.2, Windows may display a "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.24215" message. Select the "I agree" tick box and then select install. At the end of the SCU install, Windows may display a computer restart required message. Reboot the computer.System Troubleshooting

Trouble Description Corrective Action
The Sensor Diagnostics window does not show communication from the software to the AS4x0 sensor. The fault is intermittent. A loose solder joint or a loosely tightened plug breaks the connection. Solder or tighten the plug.
The AS4x0 does not consistently reconnect when unplugged and plugged in again. This symptom is often due to loose solder joints or a loose plug. Solder or tighten the plug.
Communication is delayed between the sensor and the on-board software. After fixing any fault with a connection to the sensor, the on-board software and the sensor may take up to 30 seconds to communicate. After 30 seconds, open the "Sensor Diagnostics" window to determine if the software has connected to the sensor. If not connected, cycle the power to restart the software, then recheck in the window.
