Install accumulator (18) and tighten to a torque of 20 1 N m (177 9 lb in).

Install relief valve (15) and tighten to a torque of 33 3 N m (24 2 lb ft).

Install relief valve (12) and tighten to a torque of 100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).

Install cartridge (9) and tighten to a torque of 27 1 N m (241 12 lb in).

Install coil (8) and nut (7). Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 6 0.7 N m (60 6 lb in).

Install the O-ring seals and plugs (6). Install the O-ring seals and fittings (5) .

Set plate (2) onto Tooling (C). Connect Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to valve assembly (1). The weight of valve assembly (1) is approximately 90 kg (200 lb). Set valve assembly (1) onto plate (3) .

Lift valve assembly (1) and plate (2) from Tooling (C) and onto a suitable workbench. The weight of valve assembly (1) and plate (2) is approximately 104 kg (230 lb). Remove Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) .End By: Install the main control valve.
