Procedure B: Adjust the relief valves for the four travel functions as required.
The relief valves are located in the travel counterbalance valves which mount to carbody (4) below swivel group (1) as shown in Illustration 2. The travel system pressure is increased by turning the valve adjustment in a clockwise motion. A 1/8th adjustment turn will increase the line relief setting by approximately 1500 kPa (220 psi).Repeat Step 4 through Step 7.
Procedure C: Adjust both settings on the hydraulic system load sensing relief valve in the front implement valve.
The 107-0284 Load Sensing Relief Valve Group is used on the 5130 Excavator. The 111-7460 Load Sensing Relief Valve Group is used on the 5230 Excavator.Repeat Steps 4 through Step 7.
