typical photo2. Position a roller dolly and platform skid of equal height under the rotor chamber group as shown.3. Start the engine. Disengage the safety group.4. Lower the rotor chamber group onto the roller dolly and skid. Stop the engine. 5. Remove the belt guard. (Sheaves not shown removed)6. Remove the ladder assembly. 7. Disconnect two hose assemblies (1). Mark for reassembly and cap or plug immediately. 8. Drain any water from the water tank.9. Disconnect two water lines from the pump (2) (shown disconnected).10. Disconnect two water lines (3). 11. Disconnect three hydraulic lines (4) (shown disconnected). Cap or plug immediately and mark for reassembly. 12. Disconnect wire assembly (5). 13. Disconnect two hose assemblies from the moldboard pressure valve fittings (6). Cap the fittings immediately (shown). 14. Position a lift truck under the rotor chamber group (on the platform skid end) as shown.15. Remove ten bolts (7) and washers.16. Start the engine and raise the machine off the rotor chamber group. Engage the safety group. Stop the engine.17. Remove the rotor chamber group from the machine.
