Disassembly and Assembly Manual, SENR8554, "143H & 163H Motor Graders Machine System", "Front Wheel Spindles - Remove & Install Front Wheel Spindles"Step 26 is incorrect. Replace Step 26 with the following step.
Install locknut (4) on spindle (7). Use Tool (A) and a torque wrench in order to install the locknut. Tighten to a torque of 136 N m (100 lb ft). Back off the nut in order to align the closest hole in the spindle (7). Install the dowel (3). Note: The dowel pin should freely fit into the locknut and the dowel pin hole for the spindle.
