Information:

Removal Procedure
Extend the counterweight to gain more access to the boom winch motor.
Release system pressure.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the (OFF) position.

Use two people to remove cover (1). The weight of cover (1) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb). Remove cover (2) and cover (1).

Disconnect all hose assembles (4) and remove tube assembly (3) from boom winch motor (5).

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom winch motor (5). The weight of boom winch motor (5) is approximately 95 kg (210 lb). Remove bolts (6) and boom winch motor (5). Installation Procedure
Install boom winch motor (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" for the correct hydraulic oil level.
