Information:
1. Lift the bucket and put wood blocks under the lift arm when lower pin (5) clears the front of the radiator guard. Tilt the bucket forward so the cutting edge is in contact with the ground. 2. Fasten a hoist to link (2). Remove the retaining bolts and remove pin (1) with tooling (A). 3. Remove retaining bolt (6) that holds pin (3) and link (2). Remove pin (3) with tooling (A) and remove link (2). Weight of link (2) is 56 lb. (25 kg). 4. Fasten a hoist to lever (8) and remove retaining plate (7) from pin (4).5. Remove pin (4) with tooling (B). 6. Remove retaining bolt (9) that holds pin (4) and inner lever (8) and the outer lever.7. Remove pin (4) with tooling (A). Remove the inner and outer levers. Weight of each lever is 70 lb. (32 kg).Install Front Links And Levers
1. Fasten a hoist to the outer lever and lower it into position. Make sure the bore in the lift arm is in alignment with the bore in outer lever (1).2. Install pin (2) with tool (A) through outer lever (1) just enough to clear the bores. 3. Lower the outer lever to the stop position. Fasten a hoist to inner lever (3) and lower into position with the bores in alignment.4. Install pin (2), the rest of the distance through inner lever (3), with tool (A). 5. Install retaining bolt (4) to hold pin (2) and the inner and outer levers in place. 6. Use a hoist and a strap to put rod assembly (6) in alignment with the bore in the inner lever and outer lever (1).7. Install pin (5) with tool (B). 8. Install retaining plate (7) with two bolts (8) to hold pin (5) in the inner and outer levers.9. Fasten a hoist to link (9) and lower into position. Make sure the bores are in alignment with each other. 10. Install pin (10) through link (9) and the bucket with tool (A). 11. Install retaining bolt (11) to hold pin (10) and link (9) in place on the bucket.12. With a hoist fastened to link (9), put the bores in the link and the inner and outer lever in alignment with each other. 13. Install pin (12) with tool (A) and install retaining bolts (13) to hold the pin and the levers in place on the machine.

Install pin (2) with tool (A) through outer lever (1) just enough to clear the bores. 3. Lower the outer lever to the stop position. Fasten a hoist to inner lever (3) and lower into position with the bores in alignment.4. Install pin (2), the rest of the distance through inner lever (3), with tool (A). 5. Install retaining bolt (4) to hold pin (2) and the inner and outer levers in place. 6. Use a hoist and a strap to put rod assembly (6) in alignment with the bore in the inner lever and outer lever (1).7. Install pin (5) with tool (B). 8. Install retaining plate (7) with two bolts (8) to hold pin (5) in the inner and outer levers.9. Fasten a hoist to link (9) and lower into position. Make sure the bores are in alignment with each other. 10. Install pin (10) through link (9) and the bucket with tool (A). 11. Install retaining bolt (11) to hold pin (10) and link (9) in place on the bucket.12. With a hoist fastened to link (9), put the bores in the link and the inner and outer lever in alignment with each other. 13. Install pin (12) with tool (A) and install retaining bolts (13) to hold the pin and the levers in place on the machine.
