Install plate (20), that was removed from the previous baffle, on the left side of the new baffle. Install the reworked plate (21) on the right side of the new 266-6790 Sheet As . Install two plates (19) to the new baffle assembly.

Assemble plate (28) to 388-6615 Sheet As with bolts (29) and washers (14) .

Install sheet assembly (30) onto the 266-6790 Sheet As . Secure the sheet assembly with two bolts (31), washers (14), bosses (36) and springs (33). Refer to Illustration 15 for the proper location of this hardware.Note: The bosses must be located between the plate assemblies.Note: Starting these two bolts first helps to ensure better alignment of the sheet assembly.
Install three bolts (34), washers (14), bosses (35), and springs (33). The bosses must be located between the plate assemblies.
Install one bolt (31), washer (14), boss (32), and spring (33) into the lower left side of sheet assembly (30). The boss must be located between the plate assemblies.

Install sheet assembly (37) to the 266-6790 Sheet As . Install six bolts (38) six washers (14) and six spacers (39). Refer to Illustration 16 for the proper location of the hardware. The spacers must be located between the plate assemblies.
Install one bolt (40), washer (14), and spacer (27) in the lower right corner of sheet assembly (37). The spacer must be located between the plate assemblies.

Install door and panel assemblies on both sides of the engine enclosure (1) .
Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
