When reporting the repair, use "PS5584" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from Parts Stock as soon as possible.
This Revised Service Letter replaces the May 12, 1999 (Revised August 1999) Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Action Required, Service Claims Allowances and Parts Disposition.
