Installation Procedure
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position parking and secondary brake valve (1) to the frame assembly. Install four bolts (7) and the hard washers.

Connect elbow (6) and hose assembly (5) to brake valve (1).

Connect tee (4) and two hose assemblies (3) to brake valve (1).

Connect four hose assemblies (2) to brake valve (1).
Refer to Air System & Brakes System Operation, Testing and Adjusting, SENR1578, "Brake System Air - Purge" for the correct procedure to remove air from the brake system. End By:
Close the drain valves. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Tanks (Brake) - Purge".
