Proportional reducing valves (A1 and A2) for main control valve located in the pump compartment
(1) Pressure tap (A2 valve retract)
(2) Pressure tap (A2 valve extend)
(3) Pressure tap (A1 valve retract)
(4) Pressure tap (A1 valve extend)
Connect a 3447 kPa (500 psi) pressure sensor to the pressure tap for attachment valves.
Start the engine.
Place the machine controls at the following settings: engine speed dial "10" and AEC switch OFF. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Engine Performance - Test (Engine Speed)" for engine rpm settings.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 50° 10°C (122° 18°F).Calibration Procedure
Note: This procedure is typical for all proportional reducing valves for attachment control. The control input for the extension and retraction valves will differ.Use any of the following control inputs (A) and (B) shown in Illustration 5 to calibrate "Atch Valve #1 Ext Press" and "Atch Valve #1 Ret Press" for the attachment control valve.Use any of the following control inputs (C) and (D) shown in Illustration 5 to calibrate "Atch Valve #2 Ext Press" and "Atch Valve #2 Ret Press" for medium pressure to the work tool.

Select a work tool that will allow for two-way flow from one pump. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Work Tool - Select" for the machine.
Enter the service mode. Input the password "9992".
