Connect hose assembly (17). Install two tube assemblies (18) .

Install a suitable lifting device to cushion-hitch (16). Install Tool (B) to the cushion-hitch. The cushion-hitch weighs approximately 2810 kg (6200 lb). Install the cushion-hitch.

Install pin (26). The pin must be lubricated properly. For the proper procedure, refer to Specifications, "Cushion-Hitch" for the Cushion-Hitch Hydraulic System. Install three bolts and retainer (25). Install wire (24). Repeat for the opposite side of pin (26) .

Install pin (28). The pin must be lubricated properly. For the proper procedure, refer to Specifications, "Cushion-Hitch" for the Cushion-Hitch Hydraulic System. Install four bolts (23). Use Tool (A) in order to install the nut. The nut must be torqued properly. For the proper torque, refer to Specifications, "Cushion-Hitch" for the Cushion-Hitch Hydraulic System.

Connect wiring harness (12) and install clip (11). Connect two hose assemblies (9). Install clamp (10) .
