Disconnect hose assembly (8) from connector (9).

Disconnect check valve (12) and the connector assembly from adapter (10).
Remove bolt (11) and the washer in order to remove check valve (12) and the connector assembly.

Remove elbow (2) and connector (4) from tee (13).
Remove tee (13) from check valve (12).

Remove connector (9) from tee (15).
Remove tee (15) from nipple (14).
Remove nipple (14) from check valve (12).

Remove sensor (7) from connector (17).
Remove connector (17) and connector (6) from tee (16).
Remove tee (16) from check valve (12). Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.Note: Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to the threads of all connectors, nipples and tees.

Install tee (16) to check valve (12), as shown.
Install connector (6) and connector (17) to tee (16), as shown.
Install sensor (7) to connector (17).

Install nipple (14) to check valve (12).
Install tee (15) to nipple (14), as shown.
Install connector (9) to tee (15), as shown.

Install tee (13) to check valve (12), as shown.
Install connector (4) and elbow (2) to tee (13), as shown.

Install check valve (12) and the connector assembly to adapter (10), as shown.
Install one bolt (11) and the washer to check valve (12).

Connect hose assembly (8) to connector (9).

Connect sensor (7) to the wire harness at the electrical connection.

Connect hose assembly (5) to connector (6).

Connect hose assembly (1) to elbow (2).
Charge the pressure in the air tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Starting with an External Air Supply" for the correct procedure. End By:
Install the cab front plate. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Plate (Cab Front) - Remove and Install".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chocks (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
