Hydraulic Pump And Lines
(1) Remove cover (1) from the adapter. Install the seal and hydraulic pump (2). (2) Install tube (3), hose (4) and clamp (5) on the pump. Install tube (6) and the clamp. Install elbow (7) on the tank. Install the three plugs in the elbow. Install hose (8) between the pump and elbow (7).Bulldozer Control Linkage
(1) Install bearing assemblies (1) and clamp (2) on shaft assembly (3). Remove battery box (4) and floor plate (5). (2) Install bracket (6) on the fuel tank. Install shaft assembly (3), lever (7) and knob (8). Install bracket (9) on the flywheel housing. Install bellcrank (10), bolt (11), lockwasher and washer. (3) Connect rod assembly (12) to the lever on the hydraulic tank with pin (13) and the cotter pin. Connect the other end of rod assembly (12) to bellcrank (10) with bolt (14), spacer (15) and two nuts. (4) Install rod ends (16) and (17) and the nuts on rod (18). Install rod (18) on bellcrank (10) and shaft assembly (3) with the pins and cotter pins. If necessary, adjust the length of rods (12) and (18) and the vertical position of shaft assembly (3) to get the correct alignment for the linkage. Install the floor plate and battery box.Tilt Cylinder Control Linkage
(1) Fasten lever (1) to bracket (2) with the spacer, washer, lockwasher and bolt (3). Install the washers, lockwashers and balls (4) in pedals (5) and (6). Install pedals (5) and (6), washers (7) and the pins on bracket (2). (2) Remove the left foot rest. On all tractors except LGP, drill .625"Ø (15.88Ø) holes (A) and (B) in the fender and floor plate. On LGP tractors, install the pedal assembly on the fender and support bracket with the original hardware and new bolts and washer (8). On all other tractors, install the pedal assembly with the original hardware and new bolt (9), washer (10) and nut (11). (3) On all LGP tractors with an engine enclosure, cut area (C) from the left enclosure assembly as shown. On all other tractors with an engine enclosure, cut area (D) from the left enclosure assembly as shown. On all tractors with engine enclosures, remove bolt (12) and cut lower angle (13) of the left door as shown.(4) Install bracket (14) on the flywheel housing. Install bellcrank (15), washer, lockwasher and bolt (16). Install rod assembly (17). Install the nut and rod end (18) on rod (19). Install rod (19) on the bellcrank and pedal assembly. If necessary, adjust rod end (18) to get pedals (5) and (6) in the same position.Tilt Cylinder Lines
(1) Remove the radiator front guards. Cut upper guard (1) as shown. Weld block (2) to the inside of the radiator guard with a .19" (4.8) fillet weld at both ends of the block in the position shown. Temporarily install the other half of clamp (2) and the spacer. (2) Install the seal, flange (3), orifice (4) and fitting (5) on
