Information:
Recover the air conditioner refrigerant from the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.

Remove tube assemblies (1), (2), (3), and (5). Disconnect hose (4).

Remove upper fan guards (6) and (7).

Remove remaining fan guards (8).

Remove bolts (9) and place bracket (10) to the side.

Disconnect hose assemblies (13) and (14). Disconnect hose (12). Remove three clips (11).

Remove clamps (15) and (16). Remove clip (17).

Disconnect hose assemblies (18) and (20). Remove clip (19).

Disconnect cable assemblies (22), (23) and (24). Remove clip (21) and pull cable assembly (22) rearward past the radiator.

Remove bolts (25) and bracket (26) that is located on the upper left rear side of the radiator. Note: Bracket (26) held the headlights to the upper left side of the cowling.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (27). The weight of fan assembly (27) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove bolts (28) and carefully place fan assembly (27) into the radiator shroud. Secure fan assembly (27) to the radiator shroud.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (28). The weight of radiator assembly (28) is approximately 816 kg (1800 lb).

Remove bolts (29) from each side of radiator assembly (28). Remove radiator assembly (28).
