To prevent personal injury, release the pressure in the air reservoir before any lines are disconnected.
Do not allow brake fluid to contact painted surfaces. The fluid will damage the paint.
2. Place a container below tubes (5) and (6) before they are disconnected.3. Remove tube (5), and disconnect tube (6), and allow the brake fluid to drain4. Disconnect supply tubes (2) from the cylinders.5. Disconnect air hose assembly (1) from the brake foot control valve.6. Disconnect the wires from brake warning switches (3).7. Disconnect the two clips from the top of the cylinder mounting bracket.8. Remove bolts (4) that hold the cylinders and the bracket to the frame. Remove the brake/air hydraulic cylinders from the machine as a unit. 9. Remove bracket (8) and air hoses (7) from brake air/hydraulic cylinders (9).10. Install the brake air/hydraulic cylinders in the reverse order of removal.11. Fill the brake fluid reservoirs with brake fluid. See the Maintenance Manual.12. Remove (bleed) the air from the brake system.
