Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use a suitable lifting device and Tool (A) in order to place caliper disc brake assembly (1) in position on steering knuckle (4). The weight of the caliper disc brake assembly is 30 kg (65 lb).
Install four bolts (3) that secure the caliper disc brake assembly to the steering knuckle. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 690 95 N m (510 70 lb ft).

Remove Tool (A) and install the two bolts (2) into caliper disc brake assembly (1). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 215 40 N m (160 30 lb ft).
Reconnect the hydraulic brake lines to the caliper disc brake assembly.
Repeat Step 2 through Step 5 for the remaining three caliper disc brake assemblies.
