HOSE AS 2004981 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts and washers (1) and remove ladder (2). Ladder weight is 25 kg (55 lb). 2. Attach lifting strap (3) to ladder (4) as shown. Remove four bolts (5) and the washers that secure ladder (4) to the lower bracket.
Under Left Side Platform3. Remove bolt (6) and the washer that secure strap (7) to the bracket. Remove washer tank assembly (8) from ladder (4). 4. Disconnect electric connectors (9) and hoses (10) from tank assembly (8). Move the tank assembly out of the way. 5. Remove two bolts (11) and the washers that secure ladder (4) to the operator's platform. 6. Hoist ladder (4) from the machine. The weight of the ladder is 43kg (95lb).7. Remove two bolts (12) and the washers that secure bracket (13) to the machine frame. Remove the bracket from the machine. Install in reverse order.
