1. Attach a lifting device to light assembly (1) and remove the light assembly.2. Install two link brackets (A) in the thread holes in the top of the fender and fasten a lifting device to the link brackets. Remove the bolts that hold the fender to the frame and use the lifting device to remove the fender. The weight of the fender is approximately 285 kg (627 lb). To install front fender, reverse the removal steps.Remove & Install Rear Fender
1. Remove the four handrails from the fender.2. Install two link brackets (A), as shown, one on each side of the fender. Attach a lifting device to the link brackets.3. Remove four bolts (2) and use the lifting device to remove the fender. The weight of the fender is approximately 210 kg (442 lb). To install rear fender, reverse removal steps.
