20R1492 - ZK402000-ZK404019
20R1363 - ZK302000-ZK302099
20R4666 - HN200101-HN200208
20R4667 - HN300101-HN300114
20R4668 - HN400101-HN400181
Loosen the 4 bolts mounting the rear oil cooler bracket to the engine block. Image 1 and Image 2 show the location of these bolts.
Check torque on the 3 bolts that fasten the rear mounting bracket to the cooler bonnet assembly. Torque should be 100+/-20 Nm. Image 3 shows the location of these bolts.
If the rear mounting bracket to cooler bonnet assembly bolts were improperly tightened, torque to 100+/-20 Nm.
Tighten the 4 bolts mounting the rear oil cooler bracket to the engine block to 100+/-20 Nm.
