Fasten a suitable lifting device to the hood (1).

Remove the cotter pin and the washer that holds support (2) in place on pin (3).

Remove bolts (7), washers, and springs (4) from the hood (1).
Remove bolts (6) and washers from hinges (5) with the hood (1). Carefully remove the hood. The weight of the hood is 113 kg (249 lb). Installation Procedure

Fasten a suitable lifting device to the hood (1).

Install the hood (1). Line up the bolt holes for the hinges (5). Install the washers and bolts (6). The weight of the hood is 113 kg (249 lb).
Line up the bolt holes in the hood with the bolt holes for the springs (4). Install the washers and the bolts (7) to the hood (1).

Hold support (2) in place in order to install the washer and the cotter pin to pin (3).
