All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to coat all bores for the pins, the bushings, the stick, the upper frame, and the cylinder pin bores. After you assemble the bushings coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.
1 1 093-0083 Shim As required, use the shim with the thickness of 1.00 mm (0.039 inch) to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch) on each end of pin. Shims may be required at each cylinder face according to the particular axial cylinder alignment.
2 As required, use the following shims to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 133-2424 Shim Thickness is 0.50 mm (0.020 inch).
1 093-0118 Shim Thickness is 2.00 mm (0.079 inch).
3 As required, use the following shims to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch):
1 093-0086 Shim Thickness is 1.00 mm (0.039 inch).
1 7Y-2496 Shim Thickness is 1.60 mm (0.063 inch).
4 6 8T-4956 Bolt Torque to 100 20 N m (78 15 lb ft).
5 4 093-1434 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
6 2 258-8502 Bushing Bore before assembly is 70.270 0.040 mm (2.7665 0.0016 inch).
Installation depth is 7.5 0.5 mm (0.30 0.02 inch).
7 1 190-4918 Pin Diameter is 79.950 0.025 mm (3.1476 0.0010 inch).
8 As required, use the following shims to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of 0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of 0.8 mm (0.03 inch) on each end of pin. Shims may be required at each cylinder face according to the particular axial cylinder alignment:
1 7Y-2498 Shim Thickness is 1.60 mm (0.063 inch).

11 2 8T-4780 Bolt Torque to 325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).
12 1 188-3917 Pin As Diameter is 69.950 0.025 mm (2.7539 0.0010 inch).
13 1 194-4606 Pin As Diameter is 79.950 0.025 mm (3.1476 0.0010 inch).
