Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install hydraulic tank (19). The weight of hydraulic tank (19) is approximately 907 kg (2000 lb).

Install caps (26). Install bolts (25) .

Install mounts (22), washer (21), washer (23), bolt (20), and nut (24) .

Connect hose assemblies (18). Connect hose assemblies (17). Connect hose assembly (16). Connect hose (15).

Position harness assembly (8). Install clip (13) and bracket (14). Connect hose assembly (12). Connect hose assembly (11) .

Install filter assembly (10). Install bolts (7). Install tube assemblies (9). Connect harness assembly (8) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to Position filter assembly (6). The weight of filter assembly (6) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install bolts (3). Install clamps (5). Connect harness assembly (4) .
Install the grommet, split clamp (11), the two washers, and the two bolts.Note: Fill the hydraulic tank with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill".End By:
Install the piston motor (brake cooling). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Brake Cooling) - Remove".
Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
