Remove bolts (7) and plate (8).

Install Tooling (B) to pin assembly (9). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). The weight of pin assembly (9) and Tooling (B) is approximately 235 kg (518 lb).
Use Tooling (B) to retract pin assembly (9). Retract pin assembly (9) to a distance of 356 mm (14.0 inch). Remove link assembly (1) and Tooling (B).Note: Do not remove pin assembly (9) completely.

Remove lip seals (10) from link assembly (1).

Use Tooling (C) to remove bearing (11) from link assembly (1)

Insert pin assembly (9). Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to pin assembly (9) and the machine frame.

Install suitable cribbing between cylinder assembly (12) and arm assembly (2).

Disconnect hose assembly (15). Remove bolts (13) and plate (14).

Install Tooling (B) to pin assembly (16). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). The weight of pin assembly (16) and Tooling (B) is approximately 235 kg (518 lb).
Use Tooling (B) to retract pin assembly (16). Retract pin assembly (16) to a distance of 356 mm (14.0 inch). Remove link assembly (1) and Tooling (B).Note: Do not remove pin assembly (16) completely.

Retract cylinder assembly (12). Insert pin assembly (16). Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt lever assembly (17). The weight of tilt lever assembly (17) is approximately 1691 kg (3728 lb). Remove Tooling (D) from pin assembly (9).

Remove bolts (18) and plate (19).

Install Tooling (E) to pin assembly (20). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (E). The weight of pin assembly (20) and Tooling (E) is approximately 439 kg (968 lb).
Remove pin assembly (20). Remove tilt lever assembly (17).

Remove lip seals (21).

Install Tooling (F) and a suitable lifting device onto bearing (22). The weight of Tooling (F) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb). Remove bearing (22) from tilt lever assembly (17).Installation Procedure
Install lever assembly (17) in the reverse order of removal.
Check and replace lip seals (10) and (21) if necessary. Apply Tooling (G) to bore prior to install lip seals (10) and (21).
Apply Tooling (H) to pin assemblies (9), (16), and (20).
