Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device to position stabilizer link (1) between the blade and the front trunnions. The weight of stabilizer link (1) is approximately 51 kg (112 lb).
Start the machine.
Carefully turn the machine to the right until stabilizer link (1) is engaged with the trunnion and the front trunnion.
Stop the machine.
Install bolts (2) and cap (3) without the shims.
Tighten bolts (2) evenly on both sides of the cap.
Insert an equal number of shims in the spaces between the cap and the stabilizer link, as needed.
Repeat Steps 5 through 7 to install the opposite end of the stabilizer link.
