Install the ball bearing.
Apply Tooling (C) to the face of port plate (25).
Place port plate (25) onto motor head assembly (20). Make sure to place the alignment slot in port plate (25) onto the alignment pin on motor head assembly (20).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to motor head assembly (20). The weight of motor head assembly (20) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install motor head assembly (20).

Install bolts (19). Tighten bolts (19) to a torque of 205 10 N m (151 7 lb ft).

Install plugs (18) and the O-ring seals. Tighten plugs (18) to a torque of 39 2 N m (29 1 lb ft).

Install spool assembly (16), spring (17), plug (15), and the O-ring seals. Tighten plug (15) to a torque of 118 6 N m (87 4 lb ft).

Install plug (14) and the O-ring seals. Tighten plug (14) to a torque of 118 6 N m (87 4 lb ft).

Install plug (13), relief valve (12), and the O-ring seals. Tighten plug (13) to a torque of 64 6 N m (47 4 lb ft). Tighten relief valve (12) to a torque of 570 20 N m (420 15 lb ft).

Install plug (11), relief valve (10), and the O-ring seals. Tighten plug (11) to a torque of 64 6 N m (47 4 lb ft). Tighten relief valve (10) to a torque of 570 20 N m (420 15 lb ft).

Install spool assembly (8), spring seats (7), spring (9), and spring (6).
Install cap (5), cap (3), bolts (4), bolts (2), and the O-ring seals. Tighten bolts (4) and bolts (2) to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).
Remove travel motor (1) from Tooling (A). The weight of travel motor (1) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).End By:
