Remove the four bolts and the four clips that hold the hose for the radiator pressure cap.

Remove the hose from the radiator pressure cap.

If necessary, position the engine crankcase breather at an angle in order to provide clearance for the coolant recovery tank.Installation

Use two bolts (6), two washers (7), one bolt (4), and one washer (5) in order to install bracket (1) to the left side of the engine block. The three holes are located next to the secondary fuel filters.

Use hose clamp (3) in order to install 1220 mm (48 inch) of hose (9) to the bottom port of tank (2) .

Use hose clamp (3) in order to install 735 mm (29 inch) of hose (9) to the top port of tank (2) .

Use bolts (8) and washers (7) in order to install tank (2) to bracket (1) .
Route the hose from the top of tank (2) downward. Secure the hose with tie straps (10) to the hose that was routed from the radiator pressure cap.

Route the hose from the bottom of tank (2) to the radiator pressure cap. Install the hose onto the radiator filler neck with hose clamp (3).

Secure the hose to the existing fuel lines and air conditioner lines with tie straps (10) .
