Connect wire harness (25) at the two electrical connections.

Install two nuts (23) and the lock washers that hold three cable assemblies (24) to battery disconnect switch (22). Tighten two nuts (24) to a torque of 8 2 N m (71 18 lb in).
Install nut (21) that holds toggle switch (20) to cover assembly (19) .

Install six bolts (18) and the washers that hold cover assembly (19) to cowling assembly (12) .

Attach Tooling (A) to hood assembly (2). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A), as shown. Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Position hood assembly (2) to the cowling assembly, as shown. The weight of hood assembly (2) is 218 kg (480 lb).

Install two bolts (17), the nuts, and the washers that hold hood assembly (2) to the right hand platform.

Install two bolts (16), the nuts, and the washers that hold hood assembly (2) to the frame assembly.

Install cotter (13) and the washer that holds prop assembly (15) to bracket assembly (14) .

Install nine bolts (11) and the washers that hold hood assembly (2) to cowling assembly (12) .

Connect wire harness (10) at the electrical connection. Repeat this procedure on the remaining side.

Install four bolts (8) and the washers that hold tube assembly (9) and the rectangular seal to expansion tank assembly (3) .

Install four bolts (6) and the washers that hold tube assembly (7) and the rectangular seal to expansion tank assembly (3) .

Connect hose assembly (5) to expansion tank assembly (3). Repeat this procedure on the remaining side of expansion tank assembly (3) .

Position cover (4), as shown. Install three bolts (1) and the washers that hold cover (4) to cowling assembly (2) and expansion tank assembly (3). Repeat this procedure on the remaining side of expansion tank assembly (2) .
Refill the radiator with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Visconsities and Refill Capacities" for the correct refill capacities.End By:
Install the ambient air temperature sensor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Temperature Sensor (Ambient Air) - Remove and Install".
Remove the truck body retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chocks - Remove and Install".
