HOSE AS 2394306 - Caterpillar

1. Remove the case drain line (1) that goes from the rear pump to the front pump. Disconnect case drain line (3).2. Remove the pump signal pressure line (2) for the front pump. Remove the two pump inlet lines (4). Remove the bolts that hold pump outlet line (6) to the pump.3. Put covers over the openings in the pumps and the pump lines.4. Fasten a hoist to the front pump (5) and remove the bolts that hold the pump to the pump drive. Remove the front pump. Weight of pump is 400 lb. (180 kg). 5. Put the front pump in position on the pump drive. Put 9S3263 Thread Sealant on the threads of the bolts and install the bolts to hold the pump.6. Install the oil lines on the pumps. Fill oil lines (4) with clean oil before the hose couplings are put in position on the oil lines.
Do not start engine until the pumps are filled with oil.

start by:a) install blocker plates 1. Remove line (1) for the case drain. Remove the pump signal pressure line (2) for the rear pump. Remove the case drain line that goes from the rear pump to the front pump.2. Remove pump inlet lines (4). Disconnect pump outlet line (3) from the pump. Put covers on all the openings in the pump and lines.3. Fasten a hoist to the center pump and remove the bolts that hold the pump to the pump drive. Remove the center pump. Weight of the pump is 190 lb. (86.2 kg). 4. Put the center pump (5) in position on the pump drive and install the bolts that hold it.5. Install the oil lines on the pumps. Fill oil lines (4) with clean oil before the hose couplings are put in position on the oil lines.
Do not start engine until the pumps are filled with oil.
