Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Remove bolts (3) and plate (2). Repeat for the other side. Remove floor mat (1).

Remove bolts (5) and floorplate (4).

Disconnect tube assemblies (6) and (8).
Disconnect hose assembly (10).
Disconnect tube assemblies (11) and (14).
Disconnect harness assembly (9).
Remove fittings (7), (12), and (13).

Disconnect hose assemblies (15) and (16).

Disconnect hose assembly (19). Disconnect yokes (17) and (18).

Attach a suitable lifting device to bank valve (21). The weight of bank valve (21) for the loader is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (20) and remove bank valve (21) for the loader from the bottom of the machine.

Remove bolts (24). Remove cover (23) and control valve (22).

Remove relief valve (25) and the O-ring seals. Remove compensator valve (26) and the O-ring seals. Remove plug (27) and the O-ring seals. Remove cover (28) and actuator (29).
Repeat Step 12 for remaining relief valves.
