Install Implement Pump. Refer to Disassembly andAssembly, "Vane Pump (Implement)-Install".
Install Steering Pump. Refer to Disassembly andAssembly, "Piston Pump (Steering) ? Install".
Install Pilot and Brake Pump. Refer to Disassemblyand Assembly, "Vane Pump (Pilot and Braking ? Install".
Pre-fill the Implement, Steering, Pilot and Brakepumps with recommended hydraulic oil before installing cab.
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly,"Cab ? Install". Tighten the four cab mounting bolts to a torque of 850+/- 100 N.m (629 +/- 74 lb. ft.).
Replace hydraulic oil filter with a 102-2828 highefficiency filter. The high efficiency filter should be replacedafter a maximum of 250 hours. Then a standard filter may be used.
Before starting engine, fill hydraulic tank withrecommended hydraulic oil. Always use clean oil when you add oil to thesystem. Clean oil must be at an ISO level of at least 16/13.
Crank the engine at least five times without startingthe engine. Wait for at least five seconds between cranks in order to allowthe oil to flow smoothly through the system.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank. Ifnecessary, refill the tank.
Start the engine at low idle. Allow the engineto run for several seconds. Stop the engine.
Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank. Ifnecessary, refill the tank.
Start the engine and maintain low idle. Maintainhydraulic oil level until it reaches the full mark on hydraulic oil levelsite gauge.
Cycle, at low idle, the tilt cylinder a minimumof three times. Do not allow the circuit to go into relief.
