7. Remove rings (9) with a screwdriver. 8. Install a 3/4-10" NC eyebolt in plate (10). Remove the plates. 9. Remove the stoppers from each end of the pin assemblies for the major bogie. Remove the pin assemblies from the major bogies with tooling (A) as shown. Use tooling (B) to remove the pin assembly that is between the equalizer bar support and the pin assembly that is nearest the sleeve for the pivot shaft. 10. Fasten a hoist and remove major bogie (11) from the roller frame. The weight of the outside major bogie is 900 lb. (410 kg). The middle major bogie is 700 lb. (320 kg).11. Follow Steps 7 through 10 and remove the remainder of the pin assemblies and major bogies.12. Use two persons and remove scraper assemblies (12). The weight of the scraper assembly is 80 lb. (36 kg). 13. Remove pads (13) from the roller frame.14. Remove the front roller frame from the rear roller frame. See REMOVE FRONT ROLLER FRAME.15. Remove the track adjuster. See REMOVE TRACK ADJUSTER.16. Remove recoil spring. See REMOVE RECOIL SPRING. 17. Remove bearing (14) from the front roller frame. 18. Remove spiral lockring (15) from the rear roller frame. 19. Remove seal (16) from the rear roller frame. 20. Remove spiral lockring (17) from the rear roller frame. 21. Remove bushing (18) from the rear roller frame. The bushing will be damaged if removed. 22. Remove seal (19) from the rear roller frame. Do not remove pivot shaft bushing (20) unless a replacement is needed. The bushing will be destroyed if removed.23. If necessary, remove pivot shaft bushing (20) from each side of the rear roller frame.Assemble Track Roller Frame
1. Install seal (1) in the rear roller frame with the lip of the seal toward the outside. Put lubricant that is to be sealed on the lip of the seal. 2. Lower the temperature of bearing (2) and install the bearing with a soft hammer. 3. Install spiral lockring (3). 4. Put 5P3413 Pipe Sealant with teflon on the outside diameter of seal (4) and install seal (4) in the rear roller frame as shown. Put lubricant that is to be sealed on the lips of the seal. 5. Install spiral lockring (5).

CYLINDER SIDE OF TOOLING (A)6. Use tooling (A) to install the pivot shaft bushings (6) in the rear roller frame. 7. Put front roller frame (8) in a vertical position as shown. Make sure front roller frame is fastened to lift truck (7) in two places. Put dry ice in the front roller frame tube to lower the temperature of the tube. Heat bearing (9) to a maximum temperature of 375°F (190°C). Use two persons and install bearing (9) on the front roller frame. Make sure the bearing is tight against the bottom surface of the front idler frame. The weight of the bearing is 100 lb. (45 kg).8. Install the recoil spring. See INSTALL RECOIL SPRING.9. Install the track
