Install the joint of sleeve bearings (23) to Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is 30 15 degrees from Centerline (Y). Use Tooling (B) to install sleeve bearings (23).

Install O-ring seal (22).
Install gear assembly (4) and idler gear assembly (21).

Install dowels (20) to Dimension (W) in body assembly (19). Dimension (W) is 6.0 0.5 mm (0.24 0.02 inch).
Install body assembly (19).

Install the joint of sleeve bearings (17) to Dimension (X). Dimension (X) is 30 15 degrees from Centerline (Y). Use Tooling (B) to install sleeve bearings (17).
Install O-ring seal (18).

Install key (15) to gear assembly (4).

Install O-ring seal (14). Note: Use the identification marks on the gears in order to install the gears in the original position.
Install gear (12) and gear (13).

Install dowels (11) to Dimension (W) in body assembly (10). Dimension (W) is 6.0 0.5 mm (0.24 0.02 inch).
Install body assembly (10).

Install key (3) into gear assembly (4).

Position gear assembly (2) and install nut (1). Tighten nut (1) to a torque of 170 20 N m (125 15 lb ft). End By:
