Make sure all of the hydraulic pressure is released from the hydraulic system.
2. Remove guard assemblies (1) and (2) from the machine. 3. Disconnect oil lines (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) from the float selector valve. 4. Remove the three bolts that hold the float selector valve to the plate. Remove float selector valve (8).Install Float Selector Valve
1. Put float selector valve (1) in position on the plate. Install the bolts that hold it. 2. Connect oil lines (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) to the float selector valve. 3. Install guard assemblies (7) and (8) on the front of the machine.Disassemble Float Selector Valve
start by:a) remove float selector valve 1. Remove plugs (1) and (2). Remove the O-ring seals from the plugs.2. Remove the spring and valve spool from the valve body.Assemble Float Selector Valve
1. Make sure all of the parts of the float selector valve are clean and free of dirt and foreign material. Put clean hydraulic oil on all of the parts before the valve is assembled. 2. Inspect the O-ring seals for damage and make replacements if needed. Install O-ring seals (6) and (7) on the plugs.3. Install valve spool (3) and plug (2) in valve body (1).4.
