Use Tooling (C) in order to install inner bearing cup (10) to hub (5) .

Turn over hub (5) .
Use Tooling (C) in order to install outer bearing cup (9) to hub (5) .

Note: Heat the bearing cones to a temperature of 120° to 150°C (248° to 270°F). In order to prevent overheating, the bearing cones must not be allowed to rest on the bottom of the heater. The bearing cones should be suspended on racks or the cones should be suspended on hooks.
Install bearing cone (8) into hub (5) .

Install bearing cone (6) into hub (5) .Note: Immediately after installation of the second bearing cone, install the following components: the washer, the lockwasher and the nut. Tighten the nut to a torque of 175 20 N m (129 15 lb ft). Rotate the hub and tighten the nut.End By: Install the trencher drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Trencher Drive - Install".
