Locate the 273-0097 Hose As (1). Locate the 9R-2613 Weld Boss (2).
Move any wires or hoses out of the area of the weld boss. Measure upward 25 5 mm (0.98 0.20 inch) on the frame assembly from the location of the weld boss.
By air arc gouging, remove weld boss (2). Be careful not to remove the parent material from the frame assembly. Dress grind the former location of the weld boss.
Position one 9R-2613 Weld Boss at the new location on the frame. By using an electrode that is classified as an ANSI/AWS A5.1 E7018 electrode, make a 3 mm (0.12 inch) fillet weld around the weld boss.
By using one can of 4C-4200 Paint (High Gloss Yellow), paint the new weld boss and the surrounding area. Position any wires and hoses in the proper positions.
